16ch, 100 GHz-spacing compact arrayed-waveguide grating using a double bending structure in each array waveguide

    Abstract

    The 16ch, 100 GHz-spacing compact arrayed-waveguide grating with a double bending structure is proposed and fabricated. The insertion loss and the adjacent crosstalk are 8.3 dB and 15.8 dB, respectively.
