Abstract

A 71-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of right lower abdominal mass. Computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging showed a cystic tumor, 14 cm in diameter, located at the right lower abdomen with cyst wall calcification. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for CA19-9, but not for CEA and CA125. A transabdominal tumorectomy was performed.
