Abstract

This study proposes a visualization method for service ideas by considering the usage context based on various stakeholders’ experiences gained in tabletop fieldwork. The proposed method is characterized by “idea generation through making combinations” as well as “experience-sharing based on tabletop fieldwork”. We applied the proposed method to two workshops, and confirmed that a total of 118 people successfully visualized their ideas in a short time using the proposed method. This study details the procedure of visualization, and shows that the proposed method assists in developing master plans and future visions.
