Abstract

Solid-phase affinity labeling of a target protein, peanut agglutinin (PNA), with the specifically designed chemical tool 1 selectively and effectively furnished the labeled PNA. Furthermore, this method was applicable to native human carbonic anhydrase II in red blood cell lysate using the chemical tool 2 without the need for tedious manipulations. 2014
