Abstract
The amplified ultrashort laser pulse with polarization-gate frequency resolved optical gating (PG-FROG) was studied. A chirped pulse amplification (CPA) system with a regenerative amplifier was used for amplification of femtosecond laser pulses. It was observed that the ultrashort pulses amplified by a regenerative amplifier can be flexibly shaped both in phase and amplitude.
