Abstract

The interaction of G-quadruplex (G4)-DNA with telomerase inhibitors was investigated using SPR sensor. SPR signal was enhanced with polymer particle on which inhibitor was immobilized. The relation among molecular structure of inhibitors, inhibition activity and the effect of polymer particles was discussed. And we also evaluated effect of flow rate and amount of inhibitor which was immobilized on polymer particle. The results suggested polymer particle led to enhancement of SPR signal of interaction between G4-DNA and telomerase inhibitors, and the affinity of inhibitors immobilized on particle was unchanged with respect to structures of DNA.
