Abstract
Energy-efficient blue LED lights and visual display terminals proliferate nowadays. Two concerns of blue light are potential retinal damage leading to age-related macular degeneration and circadian rhythm disruption from exposure at night. Appropriate intervention for eye protection is necessary for the long-term healthy incorporation of blue light into modem society.
