N1 - Funding Information:
We thank J. Z. Kaye, the original discoverer of this strain, for kindly donating one of his stocks, as well as Yumi Murai and Nao Takeuchi for technical assistance. The sequencing and assembly were conducted in the Genome Engineering Workshop course of the Systems Biology Program at the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University. This work was supported in part by research funds from the Yamagata Prefectural Government and Tsuruoka City, Japan.
