N2 - Recently, a demand for mobile live streaming system has increased with the spread of smartphones. More and more people will enjoy watching video contents with a smartphone in the future. Cellular-WiFi hybrid network is a method enables users to cooperate with each other and watch video contents comfortably if they are in the range of Wi-Fi communication. In Cellular-WiFi hybrid network, each peer downloads chunks, a part of video data, by using its own cellular network. Then, it sends the chunk to other peers directly by Wi-Fi communication. Some live streaming systems using this network already have been proposed. However, these systems can be incomplete due to not considering some characteristics of a mobile peer. In this paper, we propose CSANR, a method that enables peers change usage of their own cellular links adaptively by considering the reception of the neighbor peers. In our method, each peer can be aware of the reception of the neighbor peer by exchanging information based on Offer-Select method. If the bandwidth of peers decreases suddenly, CSANR can keep their chunk scheduling efficient. Simulation results show that CSANR can reduce the effect of the cellular bandwidth changes.
