This corrigendum corrects the following article. In the article “HECW2-related disorder in four Japanese patients. Am J Med Genet Part A. First published: 28 May 2021 https://doi.org/10.1002/ajmg.a.62363”, the authors would like to state that there is a misalignment of rows in Table 1 that should be corrected in the article and are requesting an addition of a corrigendum to the manuscript. 1 TABLE HECW2 variants identified in this study and those in ClinVar with pathogenic or likely pathogenic interpretations (Table presented.) a For patients in this study, scores are evaluated according to ACMG guidelines (Richards, et al. 2015). The following errors should be corrected: In TABLE 1, “Patient 1”should be placed in the fifth row, not in the first row. The black-and-white coding of the second column in Table 1 should be coded on each row rather than merging multiple columns.
