Abstract
This paper proposes a decentralized control scheme for multi-machine power system with nonlinear interconnections. The decentralized control law is constructed by a backstepping method. The proposed controller attenuates bounded exogenous disturbances in the sense of L2-gain. The simulation results on a three-machine power system obviously show the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized control scheme.
