N2 - Recently, developing molecular biology and system biology, the mechanism of the circadian rhythm in which the inside of the body rhythm of the living thing is ruled is being clarified at the cell level. On the other hand, it is said that various sicknesses are related in the medicine and pharmacology to the disorder of the circadian rhythm. Therefore, it is thought that to restore an altered rhythm is a goal of these therapies. In this paper, we study the 10-states circadian model of Drosophila and propose a close-loop control based on flatness-based adaptive control to achieve circadian rhythm restoration.
