Abstract

We experimentally represent a 3-dimensional (3D) over-crossing single-mode polymer optical waveguides for on-board optical interconnects. This graded-index (GI) circular core 3D over-crossing structure is developed using the Mosquito method, keeping a height difference at the over-crossing section.
