Abstract

We examined the relative effects on the two modes of video-conferencing system on the quality of group decisions to a traditional face-to-face, verbal communication-based conferencing system. The group task was NASA Moon Survival task. The preliminary analyses show that video-conferencing system can increase the quality of group decisions.
