Abstract

This paper describes a proposal of an effective anchor setting method for video hypermedia using fusion of automatic tracking based on motion picture analysis and manual editing. We can take these advantages, (1) improving the accuracy of tracking using bidirectional tracking, (2) editing anchor effective by deleting intermediate frames by using proposed anchor setting method. And we implemented prototype anchor setting software based on this method and made experiments for evaluation of sport video. As a result, we evaluated results of experiments and proved its effectiveness.
