Abstract

We report the electron tunneling study on SmFeAsO1-xF x (x = 0, 0.045, 0.046, 0.069) by using low temperature UHV-STM/STS. The superconducting gap and pseudogap structures are observed on x = 0.045, 0.046, 0.069. We also found similar structures on non-superconducting sample of x = 0. The value of 2Δsc/kTc decreases as T c increases.
