Extremely wide-bandwidth cyclic arrayed waveguide grating for waveband routing on T-band and O-band

    Abstract

    We propose a cyclic AWG for waveband routing on the entire T-band and O-band with flat spectral responses. Simulated results show that the worst frequency deviation is around 2 THz and the 1-dB bandwidth varies from 2.6 THz to 3.6 THz.
