General formulation of locally designed coherent control theory for quantum system

Abstract

A general-purpose oriented local control theory which makes it possible to manipulate the dynamics of the various properties in the quantum system was developed. Through the formulation, the basic concept of the local control scheme was clearly defined as "realizing of monotonous increase condition of the locally defined performance index y(t)".
