GI-core Multimode and Single-mode Polymer Waveguides for High-density Co-packaging

Abstract

We present unique polymer optical waveguide coupler devices fabricated using the Mosquito method to apply for adiabatic coupling with Si photonics chips, three-dimensional fan-in/fan-out devices for multicore fibers, and MUX devices for mode division multiplexing.
