Abstract
The first experimental and theoretical investigation of the difference in the temperature behavior of the linear expansion coefficients of single crystals grown from isotopically highly enriched and natural germanium is reported. A comparison of the data for 70Ge and natGe crystals reveals the significant influence of isotopic composition over a wide range of temperatures 30-230 K.
