Abstract
Based on our concept of PAFS and LAPS concerning the subcutaneous adipofascial structure over the entire body, macroscopic and histological investigations of fat lobules, fat cells, fascial tissue and vessels in each system were performed with fresh and embalmed cadavers. Mutual relations between macroscopic and histological images were then defined.
