New Synthetic Reactions on the Basis of Transition Metal Catalysis. Catalytic Addition of Aromatic and Olefinic Carbon. Hydrogen Bonds to Carbon-Carbon Multiple Bonds

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Some ruthenium complexes have been found to catalyze the addition of ortho carbon-hydrogen bonds in aromatic ketones to olefins and acetylenes, and the addition of olefinic carbon-hydrogen bonds in α,β-enones to olefins with high efficiency and selectivity.
