Abstract
The noise power spectrum of a long-channel current line with electron traps was calculated. The calculation was performed starting from the Anderson Hamiltonian in the framework of the slave-boson mean field theory. The noise spectrum showed a peak structure in case of a single trap. In case of two traps, the peak of the noise power enhanced because of interference between the two traps.
