Optical imaging of hemodynamic changes in exposed cortex of awake mice

Abstract

The hemodynamic change in the cortex of awake mice is measured by optical imaging. The brain activation is evoked by whisker stimulation. The movement of the awake mice during the measurement tends to affect the hemodynamic changes in somatosensory area.
