Abstract

Poly (perfluoro 2-methylene-4-methyl-1, 3-dioxolane) and Copolymers of (perfluoro 2-methylene-4, 5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane) were prepared. These polymers are completely amorphous, chemically and thermally stable and exhibit high glass transition temperature (>130 °C) and extraordinary transmittance from UV to new IR region. Based on these promising properties, we attempted to prepare GI POF using these polymers.
