Quantum-dot nanolasers on Si photonic circuits

Abstract

We report the hybrid integration of quantum dot nanolasers on silicon photonic circuits using transfer printing. The pick-and-place assembly method facilitates the integration of two nanolasers on a single CMOS-processed waveguide that supports two-wavelength output.
