Abstract
Visible light communication is a new way of wireless communication using visible light. Typical receivers used for visible light communication are photodiodes and image sensors. Image sensor receiver is able to detect accurate angle of an incoming visible light signal, which can be used for useful applications such as navigation and advertisement. Typical transmitters, on the other hand, are LED lights, but a unique device called DMD (Digital Micro-Mirror Device) can also be used. New technologies using these unique devices are described in this paper.
