Selective two-photon excitation with simultaneous spatial and temporal focusing

    Abstract

    We add selective two-photo excitation (TPE) function for simultaneous spatial and temporal focusing using a femtosecond laser pulse shaper. Axial TPE resolution of 15 μm and linear axial scanning capability is achieved.
