Abstract

The performance of cooperative magnetization reversal has been studied with a test chip, consisted of a sub-μm2 memory cell array. Preliminary experiments reveal that the magnetoresistance change due to conductor current is negligibly small. Thus, the observed writing is cooperatively performed with write current and conductor current.
