Abstract
Endovascular treatment has emerged as a firstline treatment for venous occlusions, but is sometimes challenging with conventional approaches. This article describes a helpful technique using a Rösch-Uchida needle to cross a chronic occlusion of the iliac vein when conventional techniques have failed.
