Abstract
A novel HPLC system with a four-electrode-coulometric detector was prepared and applied to determination of trace constituents of cerebrospinal fluids. Samples were withdrawn from patients with various deseases. Each fluid were studied especially in its relationship with condition of the patient. In addition, further applications of this detector system to constituents of urine also resulted in high precision in determination of them.
