Abstract

Recently a great deal of attention has been given to the subject of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In WSNs, networked sensor systems are spatially distributed and measurements are influenced by sensor noise. Sensor scheduling is required to achieve power saving since each sensor operates with a battery power source. In this paper, a sensor scheduling algorithm for a class of discrete-time WSNs based on switching logic of "the switching controller design strategy" is proposed. We select the hysteresis switching as Logical switching (LS).
