Track initiator for maneuvering multiple target tracking in a clutter environment

Abstract

A track initiator which can detect maneuvering targets in a clutter environment is proposed. This initiator uses the Hough transform and has four basic criteria to detect multiple target trajectories and exclude clutter plots. Simulation results are included and the performance of the proposal is evaluated.
