Abstract

During orthodromic AVRT with a left posterior AP, an antidromic AVRT was induced by the right ventricular extrastimulus, which utilized atriofascicular fiber for the anterograde conduction. The cycle length of the antidromic AVRT with LBBB pattern was shorter than that of the orthodromic AVRT.
