抄録

The objective of this research is to apply a feasible study on deploying 'community MaaS', which is a mechanism for participating users to actively participate in MaaS based on the concept of 'making friends with a mobility'. The cutting-edge network technologies are continuing to evolve at a remarkable speed and compelling environment in which we carry out various activities transparently and not limited to fixed locations. We conducted a proof-of-concept experiment on the university campus for the improvement of user experience by aggregating voice dialogue, human behavior, and demand through smartphones.
