抄録

Rear-end collisions occurs most frequently among various kinds of accidents on the Metropolitan Expressway. In order to reduce the number of those accidents, we conducted experiments to see if there is a correlation between changes in the driver's mental workloads and road structures, traffic conditions, the implemented facilities, and other circumstances. We used eye cameras, biosensors, and other devices for these experiments. Furthermore, we researched it by using new technologies such as ITS.
