title = "Anode reactions of a tin thin film electrode modified with an ion-conductive polymer in a room-temperature ionic liquid electrolyte",
abstract = "The anode reaction of a tin thin film electrode modified with poly(ethyleneoxide) containing lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide (LiTFSA) has been investigated in an ionic liquid electrolyte, 1-butyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide (BMPTFSA). Lithium dope and undope were found possible for the modified electrode, indicating the lithium ion conductive polymer acts as an artificial solid-electrolyte interphase film. The cycle performance of the modified electrode was slightly improved compared with the unmodified one, suggesting the polymer film prevent the active material from falling off from the current collector.",
