N2 - We designed and fabricated a 200-GHz-spacing, 16-channel, 1 × 4 silicon monolithic wavelength selective switch (WSS), adopting a wavefront control configuration with no waveguide crossings. Its basic switching operations were demonstrated with four wavelength channels.
