N2 - In this paper, we present a novel lattice structure and design of the linear phase M-channel paraunitary filter banks whose all filters have zeros at the mirror frequencies except for its passband. This structure is implemented by replacing the first block of the lattice structure with two type II DCTs. With this structure, the filter banks are implemented with high speed and is designed without taking account of the stopband attenuation. Finnaly we show some examples to validate the proposed method.
