N2 - Non-professional, novice instructors often playa leading role in training, such as teaching assistants in academic universities and experienced workers in private companies. Although they are verscd in the subject to teach, they arc mere novices when it comes to instructing it. One of the problems they have is that they often fail to give a stable evaluation to the report assignment that does not expect learners to follow a specific procedure and reach a certain conclusion. Tn this paper, we interviewed teaching assistants in a university, with thc aim of identifying problems causing them to give an unstable evaluation. The result of the intervicw was analyzed, yielding some suggestions to prevent unstable evaluation.
