N2 - The development of a new mobile communication tool, iCAMS, that uses location and schedule information to facilitate efficient communication is discussed. User studies of iCAMS indicate that user context, location information, and communication method protocols are useful but that some location and privacy issues should further be given importance. The users can use iCAMS not only to decide which communication channel to use but also to gather situation awareness information regarding other group members. The system also deletes the automatic routing and improves the interface for a manual action that callers initiate after receiving contextual feedback.
