Local structure of crystallized GeTe films

抄録

Results of an x-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy study of the local structure of a crystallized GeTe film were presented. It was found that GeTe film crystallized on Kapton possesed about 10% of Ge-Ge bonds. Results indicated that the structure of the crystallized film consisted of GeTe crystallites with 10% vacancies in the Ge sublattice, which were separated by quasiamorphous-Ge phase.
