A novel method to manipulate an electronic state in quantum-dots is proposed utilizing the theory of nonadiabatic transition. One process is composed of a series of smooth change of gate voltage and does not any gate voltage pulses. The general condition for the coherent manipulation is derived employing the transfer matrix formalism for the Landau-Zener mechanism, and its validity is numerically demonstrated. The nonadiabatic manipulation extends the variation of experimental technique for a coherent manipulation. We also discuss the related transport phenomena under time varying voltage in quantum dots, which will be observed in experiments.
