The quantified-self movement has brought us a multitud of tracking devices mostly focused on physical activities But healthy user habits go beyond the physical realm, suc as cognitive activities, learning and reading. For installin healthy reading habits we built a wordometer using smar eyewear for tracking online and offline reading activitie throughout the day. Besides providing reading statistics a the end of the day we propose a number of real-Time intervention to support reading in-situ: Adjustable text tha takes into account users' current cognitive state, such a attention span, visual fatigue and comprehension levels.
