The design and implementation of a new media communication system - Demand Driven Viewer (DDV)- that reduces restricted activity of the user is described. DDV offers a panorama view, by translating a part of this view to picture frames where each user wants to see. To accomplish this, the user's head movement changes his field of view. The underlying concept is based on the fact that every person's view changes as the head moves. Our results demonstrate that a number of users can benefit from substantial speed-up to translate by DDV.
