N2 - This paper presents how the collinear libration points in Sun-Earth and Earth-Moon systems are useful as space infrastructures designated here Deep Space Ports. This paper presents how the future deep space traffic system will be by contemplating the vicinity around the L1/L2 points as the quays in the Sun-Earth/Earth-Moon systems. Here is presented the Electric Delta-V Earth Gravity Assist technique, with the artificial small Halo orbits in the vicinity of those libration points. They are maintained by the low thrust propulsion means all the time to draw concise circular loci around the equilibrium points.
