抄録
The thermal and photo-responsibility of the axial semicoordination Cu-O bonds in [Cu(en)2](ClO4)2 (1) (en = ethylenediamine) have been investigated. We discovered a new photoresponsive behavior that was attributed to photoinduced ClO4- cleavage accompanied by compression of the Cu-O bonds using the structural degree of freedom of the semi-coordination bonds.
