抄録
FeCr2S4 has a spin-glass phase below 60 K (∼Tg) and a ferrimagnetic phase in the temperature range 60-170 K (TC ∼ 170 K). Mn doping gives an increase of a paramagnetic phase which coexists with a ferrimagnetic phases, and shift of magnetic transition temperature (Tg∼ 45 K, TC∼ 130 K for Fe0.5Mn0.5Cr2S4). The conduction property changes into variable range hopping (VRH) from thermal activated transport below Tg for Fe1-xMnxCr2S4. This conducting transition would be associated with the correlated Fe 3d orbital ordering below Tg.
