N2 - By employing a microstructured fiber of which zero-dispersion wavelength is 820 nm, significantly large photon-number squeezing of -4.6 dB was obtained using a 100-fs femtosecond laser pulse. The quantum nonlinear Schrödinger equation was solved to explain these experiments.
